What professional - would you consider - to be most prepared to be a Business Mentor?
Caveat: This may not be as easy (to answer) as one might think.
One must be cautious; not all (seemingly professional) advisors are equipped for such a role.
A business Mentor may have many years of experience, but do they possess the kind of wisdom necessary to guide various business owners through the maze of business decisions.
Such ‘Mentors’ must possess outstanding listening skills. They must also be able to understand the ’30,000 foot view’ of the client’s company(ies).
A business Mentor must (an many cases) be able to tell the client (at times) things they don’t necessarily want to hear but are in the best interest of the organization.
